These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Workout Flow mobile application (“App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Workout Flow is a fitness application.

The App allows users to:

• create workouts
• run workouts using timers
• store completed workouts locally on the device
• view analytics based on locally stored workout data

The App does not:

• provide medical advice
• diagnose or treat any medical condition
• replace professional medical guidance

3. No Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device and is not intended for medical use.

All content and functionality provided by the App are for general fitness purposes only.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any fitness program, especially if you have health conditions or concerns.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Local Data Storage

Workout data created and generated by the App is stored locally on your device.

We do not:

• access your workout data
• store your workout data on our servers
• sync workout data to a cloud backend

You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to retain your data.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

To improve the App and ensure stability, we use:

• analytics services
• error tracking services

These services process anonymous or pseudonymous technical data only. No personal workout records or identifiable user data are collected.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the App only for lawful purposes
• use the App responsibly and safely
• stop using the App if you experience pain, discomfort, or health issues
• ensure the App is suitable for your personal fitness level

You are solely responsible for how you use the App.

We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• error-free operation
• compatibility with all devices or OS versions

• add or remove features
• temporarily or permanently discontinue the App

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

The latest version will always be available within the App or via our website.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
